UPDATE: customer service states that while they understand I'm not happy with how it looks, that is cosmetic and not their problem. I'm not sure what this place sprayed on my truck, but dirt sticks to it so badly that a pressure wash followed by a car wash with underbody flush leaves it as clean as you see in the pics. This is about 5 months after application with a monthly car wash pass that is used almost daily, and the truck almost never leaves pavement. It simply will not come clean anywhere that Ziebart sprayed. I paid almost $1000 to keep underneath my truck from turning brown with rust in 10 years, instead I got a brand new truck that is constantly brown from the "truck package" I naively purchased for it. Also dirt holds moisture and salt, so in the long run this will make it rust faster rather than slower.

I was in for my yearly Ziebart rust inspection and was offered the exterior protection package. I said yes, I didn't know they offered it, I had been meaning to get my car detailed for awhile - was pleasantly surprised at the results. My engine compartment after five years now looks better than when I got it brand new.! And the exterior polishing job is amazing!

DO NOT COME TO ZIEBART I went in there and got a full undercoat on my truck, they forced be to buy a $150 extra “rust spray” (it doesn’t do a thing). Then i get the truck back. They never cleaned the frame or the underneath. Just sprayed on top of all the dirt. Within 3 days, the undercoat was already peeling off the truck. I told the manager about this and he said to bring it back and they would make it right. All they did was wash the underneath. The issue is, it’s too late. all the mud and dirt was under the spray. I took it back again and they tried to scrape off the undercoat and start over. They couldn’t get it off and told me that i was out of luck. They refused any refund and had to dispute it with the bank. Don’t go here if you want to keep your truck nice. Many other shops that will actually do the job correctly. Terrible Work and Service.

Eric Runs a great shop. We had four of our cars done a 2019 Tundra, 2020 and 2021 Camry and a 2023 Outback. All the work was done to "Perfection". This is not another car shop that does Ziebart as a side hustle, Ziebart is their Primary Hustle. I drove past several other locations just to be satisfied and Eric and his crew did not disappoint.

I highly recommend You DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here. I was told that they would pressure wash and remove the rust from my undercarriage that DID NOT happen. I still had piles of dirt on my frame that they just sprayed the rust protectant right over the top of it all, I can literally shove my finger in it. Everything I pointed out to the main manager was met with excuse after excuse, after excuse even to the point where he put down the quality of my vehicle due to the rust, which was only surface. It was a horrible job. I was so excited to see my truck rust free, but that’s not what I got at all I am highly upset. $199 for rust removal is what they offer. I was told after the fact that it’s not rust removal it’s a just a neutralizer And then they just spray over the top of it with this goop and it’s not even an even spray and they didn’t even cover the whole undercarriage they missed a bunch of spots. It looks horrible. 0/5 stars
